Atypical & Awesome “Grateful”

I am truly grateful for each of you who reads this blog and follows my wild yet, wonderful life. The two college kids have returned to The University of Alabama for fall semester. I know they are glad to get back to their friends and college life. I cannot even really be sad- I’m truly happy and excited for them. The sixteen year old drove his first “long” (45 mins one way) car trip by himself today. That is a big milestone! The eleven year old and I were here alone so we grabbed lunch from Tropical Smoothie. She loved it- a veggie hummus bowl and “Paradise Point” smoothie hit the spot. Life keeps moving on and the wheels of change keep turning. I am grateful to return to a little bit of routine- whatever that means.
