Atypical & Awesome “Half-way There”

I am officially over half-way done with my practicum which also means I am almost a full year into my MSW program. Whew! Getting there and yes, I am living on a prayer.

Last night, Phillip and I had a rare evening alone so we dipped out for a quick, impromptu date night. We went to The Brick Pizzeria & Pub to see Alice Nelson. Alice played a couple of our cowrites, “Girlfriend “ and “Here Comes the Rain” (which we wrote with Dennis Powell). Also enjoyed spending time with her parents.

I’ve been working on a few new songs with Jessica Lavallee and Alice and I have been tossing around some ideas so more new songs will be posted soon.

Phillip had a great show at Comedy Night at Happy Times Wednesday night. He said it was a good night. Hated to miss it but practicum is taking much of my time right now. Just 4 more weeks!!! As always, thank you for your support!
