Atypical & Awesome “Weekending and Upcoming Shows”

Sooo grateful it’s the weekend! Phillip is excited because college football starts today. I will be hiding in the bedroom doing grad school work. Temps are projected to get up to 103 today so I plan to stay inside in the AC.

Last night, Phillip and I went to Hoobler Open Mic as we have not been able to go due to my schedule. Sooo much local talent- it makes my heart swell. Tomorrow night from 4 pm-6 pm Phillip and I (C&P Comedy) will be providing comic relief as part of a fundraiser for the families of Dave Balderston and Adam Cooper. The event will be at Rumors Bar in Level Plains. It is an open jam and we want to invite the community to come out and have a great time while remembering these awesome musicians. The evening will continue on til about 9 or 10 so come on out.

Coming up Wednesday night at Happy Times in Ozark, it’s Comedy Night! Starting at 7 pm- they have great drinks and a cool quirky vibe- definitely check it out if you have not. Mr. Spud will be hosting with Johnny Sprinkle, Cam Stephens, Corey Bigbie, and C& P Comedy will be there to make sure your times are happy!
