Atypical & Awesome, “Peanuts and Plays”

Oh, what a week it has been! We had a nice low-key Halloween with friends and family followed by a great trip to the Peanut Festival on Saturday. I even won myself a teddy bear- oh, the stories we could tell!

Last night was night one of a playwrighting class I am taking at Southeast Alabama Community Theater (SEACT). I am so excited about being a part of this and already have my wheels turning. We’ve been challenged to write a 5-10 minute play by next week. Plus, next week we’ll be attending Write Night at Wiregrass Museum of Art. I plan to compose some new writings to present for that as well. I also even signed up to audition for a play so I am deep diving in my quest to write that musical I’ve mentioned. I am immersing myself in every creative endeavor I can right now and I am loving it.

We have a comedy open-mic tomorrow night at Rumors. I guess I will be writing a set tonight as well- lol Things are busy but good. Take care of yourself and do the things that bring you joy!
