Atypical & Awesome “Girlfriend Power”

Have had a great 24 hours or so networking and being with friends promoting the release of “Girlfriend” coming up on Sept. 10. Last night, Phillip and I went to Cafe Roma to support Miss Girlfriend herself, Alice Nelson who was performing live. She played several of our cowrites and of course we plugged the released unapologetically. It was really sweet to see all the “little girlfriends” who have taken to Alice. She definitely has a fan base that is young and growing by the minute. This morning, Autumn and I met Alice and her mom, Teresa for a great brain-storming brunch. We really got some cool things accomplished and some great promotional ideas for “Girlfriend” and future releases for Alice. Autumn shared her marketing expertise, I shared my publishing and promo knowledge, and Teresa provided a great momager ear and feedback. Great things are “brewing” for Alice- her wonderland is about to open!
