Atypical & Awesome “Some of it tragic, Some of it magic”

As a writer, words typically flow easily. But sometimes, thoughts intertwined and interrupt each other making it difficult to have clarity of thought. Such is this week and today’s blog.

We received tragic news about an extended family member yesterday. Ultimately it reminds us to love those we love while can and to live life today. Life is incredibly short.

We also had some beautiful and wonderful things happen this week. Michael started hos first job, I celebrated 11 years at my job, and Autumn booked her flight home for Thanksgiving. Alex is coming to visit today (to meet Salem for a potential placemenr) so I can’t wait to see how this goes.

Later today, we are loading up and going to the Peanut Festival. It’s fair season! I love the food and have been naking my plan of attack all week. Everyone needs a good snack strategy for the fair- lol We LOVE this time of year.

I will be working on grad school assignments and watching football with Phillip in between all our other “stuff” today. We do have a comedy show coming up Monday 11/13 at The Social on Main in Enterprise- stop by if you are in the neighborhood. As always, thanks for being a part of the ride.

Thank you to our Veterans! Your service is appreciated!
