Atypical & Awesome, “Keepin’ On”

I feel like one of the dwarfs in the mine from Snow White- “work, work work,! 🎵” just waiting on my diamond….i have 3 weeks of practicum left. For those unsure what this means, three more 72 hour weeks. I am a tired girl.

I do have Sunday and Monday evenings off (minus paperwork) so Monday, I will be participating (along with Phillip) at Camz Comedy Open-Mic at the Social on Main in Enterprise. Tonight, is open-mic poetry and spoken word at Benji’s in Daleville and they will also be hosting a comedy open-mic on July 22. Not sure if I can do those due to my practicum. Once I get through the next 3 weeks, all bets are off :)

This week, despite my intense schedule, i have been working on some new cowrites as well as new comedy material, i even won “Joke of the Night” one night on The Comedy Writing Room hosted by Hot Breath lol. I’ll take my victories as I get them.

Last night, I drove through the most intense and amazing fog- sheets and sheets of fog for miles. It was a surreal experience. There is truly magic everywhere- you just have to look- and keep your headlights on and drive slow. Have a great weekend everyone.
