Atypical & Awesome “Saturday Shenanigans”

Yesterday was a ton of fun. I slid on a pretty sundress and headed to the farmer’s market. They were having a local chef’s showdown circa Food Network- it was really fun:) Phillip and I then headed to the Taylor Made Festival in Taylor, AL. It was HOT but we enjoyed seeing classic cars and a tethered hot air balloon as Oddly Enough fronted by Nancy Knopka played in the background. We bought kettle corn and lemonade from the cutest lemonade stand ever and headed home. Alex is in town so we went out for dinner as a family and had pizza and calzones at Cafe Roma. Dessert was butternut cake I had purchased at the farmer’s market. I love sweet days like these- hope your weekend is just as special,
