Atypical & Awesome “Wonderful Weekend”

Phillip and I had a much needed weekend get-away at Orange Beach. It was our first “alone” overnight beach trip since we were dating! We ate seafood, went on a dolphin cruise, lounged by the pool, and walked on the beach. It was everything and more. He even took me to brunch before we left. He’s a keeper.

As soon as we drove into our driveway, life immediately hit. We walked right into some situations (all handled now) but the temptation to get back in the car and go back to Orange Beach was strong. We are back to reality today with lots of “life” to manage. I also start Fall semester of my last year of grad school today- woot!

Tonight, Phillip and I are performing at Camz Comedy Open-Mic at the Social on Main in Enterprise. The fun starts at 7 pm- come out if you can!
