Blue Plate Blog 30 Days of Peace Days 29 and 30

Well, friends we have reached the end of our 30 Days of Peace journey. I hope some of the tips have been helpful or at least inspiring for you. The most important asset we have is peace. When we cannot control what is happening externally from us we must strive to obtain an internal sense of control. Our response is truly everything. Once you have mastered the equilibrium of inner peace- the outside world’s impact on you will greatly recede. It takes practice and work but it is so worth it. I lived in acute chronic stress for so long it truly almost killed me. Never again, I tell you. I’ve been doing a lot of trauma work as a therapist and I see it everyday- the effects of stress and turmoil on one’s spirit and health. Your peace is absolutely invaluable- sacrifice it for no one. I love you dearly and I wish you the best on your peace journey. Blue Plate Blog will continue although the 30 Days of Peace have ended. Tune in tomorrow and see where the pendulum swings next! Peace and love, dear ones!
