Atypical & Awesome “Who’s Zooming Who?”

Our two college age kids start classes today. While they are back on campus, many of their classes are online. We also have been notified that our high school student will be doing hybrid classes beginning Friday. He will go on-campus two days a week and do the remainder of his coursework online. However, our 6th grader will have classes on campus five days a week. It is all odd, bizarre, and crazy and I do not envy teachers and school officials who must navigate through this odd, bizarre, and crazy time. I honestly think most of the kids are so ready to get out of the house they are not complaining despite the “atypical” challenges this schoolyear brings. I will send up a few extra prayers for our schools- from colleges down to elementary,everyone is literally coursing through unchartered waters. But in the words of my mom, “this too shall pass”.
