Atypical & Awesome “All Roads Lead You Home”

Six months ago today, we set off for the adventure of a lifetime. My number one bucket list item was finally coming true. Phillip, Autumn, and I were heading to NYC! It was everything I had imagined and more. But there was one big stipulation- we had to leave Autumn behind. My little girl alone in a real big city. She did it. She worked so hard and she got a big city advertising job despite growing up in a small Alabama town. And she has blossomed. She is literally having the time of her life and doing a phenomenal job in her career. This mama’s heart is so proud. She is living the dream but boy, do I miss her. I would never wish her back here though, she is having experiences she could never get down here. Her home is where her heart is and right now her heart and big part my heart are in NYC. Happy six months, Autie B!
