Atypical & Awesome “Pained but Happy”

So, I’m dealing with a nasty little medical issue. I took off work early, went to the doctor, had an x-ray, labs, and have meds. In a few days, things should be back to my atypical norm.

I “officially “ started grad school tonight. I have my books, the course syllabi, and a fair understanding of this week’s assignments. I haven’t been in school in 19 years, but I’m excited. Granted, it’s just the first week but still-lol

Life keeps moving on. Autumn is doing great in New York. Alex is in the job market (and a great help to me in the meantime), Michael starts college next week, and Reagan is adjusting to 8th grade. Oh, and Sarah is engaged snd Quinn started pre-K! Tighten your seat belts and keep your legs and arms inside the ride at all times!
