Atypical & Awesome, “Checking off the Buffet List”

Yall. I am sooo excited! I jumped into the deep end and auditioned for my first musical…. and I got the part(s)! See, I will be part of the ensemble providing backup singing and dancing and likely a few small speaking parts as well. This is PERFECT for me because the show is, “Escape to Margaritaville “ where the storyline is set to- you guessed it, Jimmy Buffet songs! My dreams of being a Coral Reefer by proxy are coming true! What fun (and work) but I am thrilled!

As you may remember, my ultimate bucket list item is to write a musical so I have been dipping my toes into theatre over the past several months. Now I am IN- fins up, everyone!

Rehearsals start in January and the stage lights hit the first week of March at the Cultural Arts Center in Dothan. I am so grateful to have been welcomed into the SEACT family and know I will learn so much. Time to work on my beach body! As always, stay tuned and thank you so much for your support!
