Atypical & Awesome, “Just A few Good Friends”

And just like that we are to the last day of “Escape to Margaritaville “ with our final two shows today. This experience has taught me so much. I feel far more equipped to write that musical (or musicals) within me. I have been pushed physically and mentally with “life” and rehearsal schedules resulting in frequent 18 hour days for me. But, oh how I’ve grown. In soooo many ways- it has been a blessing. But…. I’m sad. I’m gonna miss my Margaritaville family so much. I now understand the closeness cast members get with each other. You all become part of a surreal world for a few months. But then the curtain closes and reality returns. “Come Monday” we all return to our respective lives. But, in my heart will be a margarita glass full of memories and friendships. Thank you for becoming part of my world and allowing me to be a part of yours. See you at the next show!
