Atypical & Awesome “NYC- Such a Wicked Time”

We had a blast. It was magical. We stayed on Broadway overlooking Times Square. I finally took in my first show on Broadway. I’m changed. I know my purpose. I will write that musical that’s been in my heart my whole life. It’s coming. I’m starting to feel the contractions.

We opted to not due a comedy show this time as we only had two real nights in town and one was Broadway night. The second night we soaked up shopping and Times Square- I mean, we were RIGHT there so it would had been foolish to not take advantage of our location.

Some of the trip’s highlights included going to the 86th floor of the Empire State Building, getting a pic made with a huge Birkin purse in SoHo, visiting Little Italy and Chinatown, dining in Manhattan, and of course, Wicked. When I tell you a fire has been lit, believe me. My soul has been touched.

Of course, seeing my Autie B was good for my soul, too. I’m so proud of that girl. She is in her element. Oh yeah, we went to an art festival Saturday morning and I bought a world-class print (see below) lol

It’s been an insane week of getting back to work and internship so the blog has had to wait. But here we are- plus, we do have open-mic comedy at Happy Times in Ozark tomorrow night starting at 8 pm so come on out!
