Atypical & Awesome “Sunrise, Sunset”

It has been a difficult few days. We’ve experienced the loss of two friends in a motorcycle accident. Dave and Adam were also the drummer and lead guitarist for the Alice Nelson Band so this hits home in a deeply personal way. We send love and prayers to the families as their grief will continue far beyond the days to come.

We have also experienced sunrise this week. Reagan has began a new chapter in her life with her first day of high school in a brand new school. We are praying hard for a good year. Phillip and I took her back to school shopping and out to eat, yesterday. It was a special time.

Life is a series of endings and beginnings, joy and tears, sunrises and sunsets. But it is circulur and a continuum. We will meet again. Until then, rest easy, friends.
