Atypical & Awesome “Good Night and the Eve of Good Things to Come”

Praise glory for a good night’s sleep! Sapphire let me sleep uninterrupted until 4:30 am- woohoo! Today is my last work day of the week as we head to Nashville tomorrow. Phillip and I will do some networking (and eating) on Wednesday and then will pick Autumn up from the airport on Thursday. Can’t wait to see her. We are getting ready for weeks of festivities around here:)

Last night, I took some solo time to work on some Christmas songs- a cover and a couple of originals. It’s been a while since I’ve sat down at the keyboard and it was much needed. Sometimes you just have to get back to your songwriting roots.

This time of year brings forth a lot of reflection and I have certainly been “reflectin”. I’m so grateful to be where I’m at right now- good things are happenin’ and even better things are brewin’ so I’m a blessed girl. Thank you for being a part of this adventure. Stay tuned :)
