Atypical & Awesome “Hodge Podge and Carrots”

I have so much to say that I don’t even know what to say. The week started rough and I’ve been sick thanks to seasonal allergies and age-related stomach issues. I hit my head on a sharp cornered shelf to add sprinkles to my already “delightful” week. However, I survived and things are looking up. Alice Nelson had a great interview on a local radio station, WOPP and they played “Girlfriend” and then Alice also played it live on the radio so that was super exciting. Alice will be playing the Opp Rattlesnake Rodeo on Saturday so I will be there to support her. Joe Nichols will perform Saturday night so I am gonna try to make that show as well. In fact, may even head over tomorrow night to support Frank Fletcher. Jessica Lavallee and “Small Town Girl” has been added to more stations and playlists so that is exciting! She is in the Top 10 for requests on Country Thunder Network and entered the Top 50 on The Canadian Indie Country Countdown-woohoo!

Now about those carrots. I have been using Hello Fresh for a few months and love it. But- we end up with way too many carrots! OMG- we are about carrotted out! Suggestions on ways to fix carrots? I’ve already stir-fried and oven roasted them this week-help! Lol
