Congrats to 2 of my cowriters, Alice Nelson and Dustin Ford for BIG wins yesterday at the North American Country Music Awards, International (NACMAI) in Pigeon Forge. Both won Entertainer of the Year and Vocalists of the Year in their respective categories! Alice won “Songwriter of the Year” for “Girlfriend” (Nelson, Bennett)! Woohoo!! Had several of my cowrites performed in the competetion including “Girlfriend” and “Down Low” written with and performed by Alice Nelson AND “Friend” written with Alice and Dustin Ford and performed by Dustin Ford! I feel like I won, too - way to go Alice and Dustin!!!
