Atypical & Awesome, “Wooden Rollercoaster”

There is a ride at a well-known amusement park called, “The Cheetah”. It is an old-fashioned wooden rollercoaster. When you are riding it, it feels as though all your teeth will fall out. It is two minutes and 20 seconds of twists and turns and lots of “shaking”. The ride comes to a jarring halt in the loading dock. Once you “come to” everyone reacts the same- they grab their neck and say, “ouch”. This is the past two months of my life in a nutshell. It has been a wild ride and now that it has stopped, I’m grabbing my neck. But, I survived!

We had such a good weekend. After I finished my last day at practicum Friday, Autumn, Reagan, and I went for treats at Sonic including trying out the new strawberry shortcake snowball slush. It was okay. I am very aesthetic and wish they would have presented it in a clear plastic cup so I could have seen the pretty parfait layers. Buy, hey I got mozzarella sticks, too so there’s that lol

Saturday was really busy and special. I will tell you all about it in an upcoming blog. But for now, I must get ready for work as I return to 40 hour work weeks this week (as opposed to 72). I’m coming off that practicum roller coaster and still holding my neck but we made it- whew!
