Atypical & Awesome “Weekending- Grad School & Murder Mystery”

It’s been another busy week and weekend and we are entering yet another busy one. Friday and Saturday evening we stayed in as I was still reeling from the “Here Comes the Rain” single release party on Thursday night. I also had grad school work to catch up and family responsibilities. Reagan had a friend come over on Saturday night and we went to visit my parents on Sunday afternoon.

Sunday evening, Phillip and I took Michael and Reagan with us to a Murder Mystery dinner at Benji’s Cafe in Daleville. What fun! The food was amazing and the play, “Death of a Starlet” was engaging. Ashley Davis wrote, directed, and starred in the play. It was fun seeing a few of our friends on stage including Ashley Bynum and Alixa Alvarez. All the “stars” shone brightly last night. Phillip and I even got up during the variety show segment and entertained the crowd for a bit. It was a great time. Benjis is a blessing for our area- please support them!
