Blue Plate Blog Episode 12- Muffins, Chaos, and Ralph Macchio

Entree-: Day 2 of vacation and I have made blueberry and strawberry muffins, pigs in the blanket and am currently watching the last 30 minutes of the original Karate Kid. Ralph Macchio was always the cutest to me and I had a friend obsessed with him back in the day. Nevermind the fact he was almost thirty when he filmed those movies- lol. So many iconic scenes and catchphrases- “wax on, wax off”, “yes, Danielson”. Great movie- lol Total nostalgia this morning.

First side: I may have overscheduled this week. What started out as a lazy week at home has turned into an action packed week. I have a write and a bunch of errands and preparation to do today. We head to Tuscaloosa tomorrow to move the college kids things out of their living quarters. They are just now allowed to return. It’s been an adventure.

Second side: We are headed to the beach later this week and cannot wait. It has been way too long.

Dessert: My husband has figured out how to add a fan inside his mask. Maybe this will be our path to riches- lol Have a fabulous day and until next time-
