Blue Plate Blog 30 Days of Peace Day 19- Get Back to Nature
I have written previously about how just getting outside can immediately improve mood. However, let’s take it a step further- truly immersing oneself in nature can aid in restoring one’s inner balance. Our family enjoys camping, bonfires, after dinner walks, and even more adventuresome activities such as hiking or canoeing on occasion. In fact, we have a canoe trip scheduled for this weekend. I encourage you to “get back to nature” in whatever way you are physically able. Have a peaceful weekend!
