Blue Plate Blog Episode 20- Dinner edition

Entree: Welp, BPB is served a little late today as my work day was jam packed. No lunch ponderings today. But that’s okay- it was a good but busy day as a therapist for troubled teens. I truly love my job and after the Monday I had after vacation- I needed a “busy but good” day. We talked about empathy today. Trying to build empathy and compassion in kids who have been shown very little of both. It is a challenge but a huge blessing,

First side: Last night was a GREAT music night for me- had an impromptu write with one of my favorite cowriters from Canada. We wrote a very “cool” song about a natural phenomenon we look forward to sharing with the world soon. Stay tuned.

Second side: I also got to spend some time listening to one of my favorite songwriters play requests online. I get so much inspiration from great writers so this was treat.

Dessert: I am so grateful for the mountaintops. I’ve seen a lot of valleys so when things are good I want the whole world to know. Things are good! Until next time- order’s up!
